While professor Hagan was still reviewing assignment 3, he gave me and a few other people an extra button because we were slightly ahead. When I first received the button, I had absolutely no idea how to create a code for it. The only thing I figured out how to do, before he explained everything, was how to put the button into the breadboard. I then went onto his website to look around and see if there were any notes on the button. I then found a powerpoint explaining the button and something called a boolean. I read through the entire thing and then took notes on all of the things explained in the powerpoint. Then later on during the same class professor Hagan went through the powerpoint, which helped me understand the things I didn't quite catch the first time reading through the powerpoint. I then understood how to do the coding for the extra button and understood what a boolean is. I created a code for a true or false game using the extra button and I thought it was so cool. I then decided to add a green light for when it was on true, and a red light for when it was on false. I thought using the extra button was really cool and I can't wait to see what we code in next class.
